Adele (Central Coast) I began developing my skills in dog behaviour 16 years ago whilst working in an animal rescue centre in the UK. Whilst at the centre, it became clear that many people were surrendering their dogs due what they perceived as “bad behaviour”. Unfortunately it is a sad factor that thousands of dogs are euthanased each year in Australia for a number of reasons but, from the latest research, the main reason that young, physically healthy animals are being euthanised is a concern over an aspect of their behaviour.
