Our little cross maltese shitzu was almost schizophrenic. One of the most anxious dogs you would ever come across. We put it down to naughty behaviour and pretty much accepted it. Chasing cats, the continual clean up of poo and wee, barking . . . you name it. That was until we got in touch with Helen.
After a period of training our dog, poppet, is a totally different animal. Calm and Obedient are definitely 2 words I would use. Helen explained her behaviours in a rational and logical sense and also provided
go forward instructions. The explanation of boundaries and anxiety within our dog, at first I thought, was a bit "horse whisper" type of thing. But the way Helen explained where poppet was at and where she was now all made sense. Her behaviour was completely different and whilst it does take a bit of effort to keep reinforcing these behaviours it is definitely worthwhile. Myself and my wife would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Helen's expertise if you suffer from the "naughty dog" syndrome. It will be the best decision you will ever make regarding your dog.
